She's had several conversations within the course of a week with women of color about microaggressions, so she decided to share. She's also had her share of experiences. It's a real thing. This episode is intended to be a conversation starter. Although, each situation is unique and may require more complex resolutions. With that said, she holds on to the following basic principles.
