Dr. Jasmine Escalera is a confidence coach and career strategist for women of color. As the owner of Jasmine Escalera Coaching, she has proven coaching programs that help her clients beat self-doubt so they can own their worth and boss up in their careers or business. Jasmine has used her own personal career experiences as fuel to empower women of color to go after their goals. Listen in as she shares some of her journey with us.
Since receiving her Ph.D., she has held high-level management positions within hospitals and non-profits, designing programs that increase the quality of life and healthcare options for underserved populations.
